kimo teach me de . Ohya , yesterday training was awesome.
No coach tony but got vice cap kexian aka keke.
She damn funny, we have to do 5 rounds around the track , but 1 round must be in 2 mins. den rest 2 mins.
So quite tired.

today training in school den tp training , training at tp was to prepare for pesta .
