No coach tony but got vice cap kexian aka keke.
She damn funny, we have to do 5 rounds around the track , but 1 round must be in 2 mins. den rest 2 mins.
So quite tired.

First i'm in the netball polite name , although not the 12 but at least 20.
I very very happy as well as sad !
I don't want everybody to get demoralised if they don't get in , we are still one netball team
So getting in to the first 20 means i have to work extra hard and also have to have higher commitment.
Training from next week will be 3 times a week . MONDAY , WEDNESDAY and friday.
Thursday will be for club training , and tuesday is for sports club meeting.

I totally thank god for letting me get in the team , at least all my efforts is pay off .
I hope to get in the 14 of netball polite ! I must plan my time well , study and netball .

OHMY , we did alot of things . Interval again .
All our cramps hurt like hell . so we kept on shouting .
